Sello is a qualified horticulturalist and the CEO of The Rothe Group. He is the Chair of Enecon SA and managing director of Rothe Plantscapers (Pty) Ltd, a noted landscaping firm. He also runs Rothe Cares, a CSI that implements programmes that seek to impact our communities positively and for young aspiring entrepreneurs to get accustomed to the business environment.
Nelson is the Chief operations officer of Polyfix. He has a background in Mechatronics Engineering with a vast history in industrial automation, military defense technologies and engineering project management. He leads the team of engineers and professionals within Polyfix as the lead engineer and oversees the operations of each sector from a strategic set point.
Tumelo Tsila, a seasoned business executive with 15+ years' experience, merges explosives research expertise with sharp business acumen. A trailblazer in engineering processes, he drives innovation, sets industry standards, and delivers strategic solutions, recognised as one of the Top 200 Young South Africans in 2018 by Mail&Guardian for his exceptional leadership.
